If you're 70½ or older, you can transfer funds directly from your IRA to The Majestic Empire Foundation without incurring taxable income.
For those 72 and older, this transfer can also satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).To qualify as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), the donation must be made directly from your IRA to MEF.
