Become a Majestic Empire Apprentice
A Launchpad for Tomorrow’s Theatre Makers
Ready to Train. Create. Lead.
The Majestic Empire Foundation & ATG Creative Learning in San Antonio, Texas is seeking Summer Apprentices for the 2026 Educational Season. This six-week immersive program offers a rare opportunity to gain practical experience inside a working non-profit theatre organization while contributing to high-quality arts education for youth.
Apprentices will work alongside MEF’s Director of Advanced Education on the production of a fully staged high school show at the Empire Theatre and the development and execution of three week-long camps in Musical Theatre Performance and Technical Production. Each apprentice will take on a meaningful role on the production team and will support operations across artistic, educational, and administrative areas including stage/technical work, directing support, teaching/mentoring, management, marketing, and development.
This program is designed for aspiring directors, teaching artists, stage managers, designers, and theatre professionals who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and real responsibility in a fast-paced, creative environment.
